How Barre & Beyond collects, uses, and protects the information you share.

What we collect
When you use the contact, booking, guesting, Ballet Body, or liability-waiver forms, we collect the details you choose to submit — typically your name, email address, an optional phone number, and the message, goals, dates, or preferences you provide. The waiver additionally records the name and, for minors, a parent or guardian's name and your acknowledgement of its terms.
How we use it
Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry, to plan and deliver the services you request, and to send materials you ask for — such as the free 7-Day Ballet Body plan and its follow-up tips. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Email delivery
Form submissions and the free plan are delivered by email through our email provider (Resend). The email address you provide is used to reply to you and to send any materials or confirmations related to your request.
Marketing & your choices
If you request the free Ballet Body plan, we may email you related tips and occasional offers. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Transactional replies to a direct inquiry are not marketing.
Sharing
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate this site and deliver email (for example, our hosting and email providers), and only as needed to provide the service — or where required by law.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. These do not build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
Minors
Services involving a participant under 18 require a parent or guardian to complete and sign the liability waiver. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without a parent or guardian's involvement. If you believe a minor has provided information without consent, contact us and we will remove it.
Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide the services you request, and maintain reasonable business and legal records — after which it is deleted or anonymised.
